Last Splash Consulting Oy ("Last Splash", "we", "us") is a Finnish private limited company, business ID FI22457693, registered at Mäntypaadentie 3, FI-00830 Helsinki. We are the controller of any personal data described below.

The website lastsplash.com serves static content. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts that profile you. We do not set cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for the sole purpose of operating the site and detecting abuse.

Our pages embed Google Fonts via Google's CDN. Loading a font sends a network request to Google; we don't pass any other information to them.

If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as we need to handle the conversation and the relationship that follows from it. We don't use it for anything else and we don't share it with third parties unless required by law.

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy. Where an app collects no personal data, we say so plainly. Where it does, we explain what, why, where it goes, and how long we keep it.

App Store distribution is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms; we receive only the aggregate, anonymous metrics that Apple chooses to share with developers.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to Email with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond within one month, probably quicker.

If we change this policy, we will update it here. The date below reflects the last meaningful change.
